Positive: Excellent location.
Spacious apartment with a large back balcony offering a nice view.
Quiet and peaceful area.
Plenty of cold storage space.
Well air-conditioned throughout.
When a problem with the water heater arose, it was addressed and resolved promptly.
Negative: Floor tiles were not properly fixed and some places were sharp.
The kitchen cupboards were not clean, and we found insects inside.
There were pre-existing drainage issues underneath, which prevented us from using the common bathroom and the washing machine for almost a day.
The internal doors made loud noises when opened or closed, which could easily disturb someone during the night.
No wardrobe in one bedroom.
