Elegant Studio in Heritage Home - Private Terrace

Positive: Edificio bellissimo in posizione centrale e silenziosa. La stanza all'ultimo piano, raggiungibile da una caratteristica scala a chiocciola in pietra, era dotata di ogni comfort, letto armadio comodo, bagno con doccia spaziosa, cucina apribile. Meraviglioso l'ampio terrazzo adornato di splendide piante grasse e dal quale abbiamo visto i fuochi d'artificio. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect place to base yourself for exploring Gozo - I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Positive: Such a lovely apartment - had everything I needed for a wonderful comfortable stay. Location was great - easy walking distance from the main sites in Victoria and to the bus terminal to everywhere else on Gozo. Gianna and Andrew were very attentive hosts and very easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my 5 days here and was sad to leave.

Nette Unterkunft, Gastfreundschaft aber nicht vorhanden Positive: Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und mitten in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist klein, dafür ist die Terasse sehr groß und mit schönem Blick in die Stadt. Der Rauchmelder direkt über dem Herd ist etwas unpraktisch ;-) Negative: Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr frustrierend - keine Reaktion - oder viel zu spät. Man wird dafür zugeballert Standart-Emails. Auch wegen dem späten Check-in würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Koffer früher irgendwo dort abzugeben, wir saßen also einen Tag lang auf unserem Gepäck und haben auf den Check-in gewartet - ein vergeudeter Tag :-( Sorry, aber so macht Reisen keinen Spaß...

Positive: This was my second stay at Shambala (this time in unit 5) and I couldn't recommend it enough. The house is ideally located in the heart of Victoria, yet in an extremely quiet street (no cars). The studio is well furnished with anything you might need for a short stay, and the bed is surprisingly comfortable. The private terrace with view over the hill was a lovely breakfast spot. The hosts are also very easy to reach in case of need, and make sure everything is fine.
